WREATH LAYING CEREMONY
On Thursday, January 15, 2026, there will be a Wreath Laying Ceremony starting at 6:00 PM at Grace Lutheran Church in Concord, NC.
All are welcome to join us!
KEEPER OF THE DREAM AWARDS BANQUET
Join us on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 6:00 PM for the Keeper of the Dream Awards Banquet. This event will be held at the Laureate Center: 401 Laureate Way, Kannapolis, NC 28081
This is a ticketed event and tickets are currently on sale.
MLK DREAM DAY
Join us on Monday, January 19, 2026 at Dream Day at the Laureate Center. We’re kicking off with the parade at 11:00 AM. On site there will be Health, Organization & Minority Business Fairs, our Wellness Cooridor, HBCU gallery and more.
The Ceremony will begin once the parade ends!
MLK ART CONTEST
This event takes place during our MLK Dream Day at the Laureate Center and is open to students ages 4-18 of Cabarrus County. There are cash prizes for the winners and submissions are due no later than Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
